Organic Basics Investigation

Have you purchased clothing items from the brand Organic Basics?  Did you think that the products you were purchasing were made from organic materials?

You may be surprised to know that many of Organic Basics’ products are not organic but are instead made of synthetic, non-organic materials like nylon, TENCEL™ Lyocell, and LENZING™ ECOVERO™.  If you purchased an Organic Basics product that you thought was made with organic materials, but is in fact made with these non-organic materials, you may be able to take part in our class action and entitled to compensation.

Our firm is investigating potential consumer claims against Organic Basics regarding its use of the word “organic” to sell products that have little to no organic materials.  Under California law companies may only use the word “organic” to sell products that contain at least 95% organic materials.  Unfortunately, many of Organic Basics’ products contain far less, or even zero organic materials.

If you’ve purchased products from Organic Basics that you thought were organic, but in fact contain less than 95% organic material, please fill out the information below.  You may be able to take part in our class action and entitled to compensation.  There are no upfront attorney fees or costs to you.  We will only get attorney fees if we win the case, and we ask the Court to award us fees.
